Step Up Inquiry Planning


Our goals for the unit “step up” are:

  • Providing students with learning opportunities whereby they will learn strategies to deal with challenging situations to overcome failure with success.
  • Developing learners who can transfer their learning to a range of contexts.


Big Idea: Students will learn to step up to face challenging situations and implement learnt strategies that will enable them to make successful decisions in a team environment.



Purpose Statement:


In this inquiry students will understand the need to step up to challenging tasks and become a risk taker.
